My daughter learned about this place on Tiktok and sent me on assignment to check out this southern classic with a twist restaurant. I accepted the assignment and baaaaaby when I say they didn't disappoint, they didn't. I chose a scoop of their signature Classic Carol chicken salad (all white meat, shredded chicken, finely minced celery, mayonnaise, secret seasoning). It came on a single lettuce leaf, with a pickle sliver, and a cookie. Shut the front door, this was the best tasting chicken salad I've ever tasted from a chain restaurant. For it to be packed with flavor, it was light on my tongue at the same time. I added black and cayenne pepper (which I carry with me) because I love these two spices and I add it to almost everything I eat. I counted about 12 different salad choices, which I will be back to give them each a try. They also serve other items as well, such as sides, soups, and dessert. Lastly, the cost...for an ice cream scoop of salad, to me was a bit pricey but I'm thankful that they do honor military discount.

This was a fantastic experience! Best chicken salad I've ever had, besides my own, and I'm a chef! You've gotta try Chicken Salad Chick!
