Crafty Crab - Jacksonville

Crafty crabs is a place I enjoy eating with friends and carry out. The food is always fresh. The service is great. The food is so delicious. I love that bone seasonings. All 3 combine. This is a very clean environment and I love it.

I'm not really a fish person and definitely not a crab person but my wife is. We went to crafty crab and she ordered crabs and I ordered the fish and fries basket. So I'm thinking the fish is going to be something already prepared and dropped in oil and fried, you know how a lot of restaurants do. But to my surprise the fish was very fresh and fried to perfection and seasoned very well and the hush puppies were delicious. Will definitely go back . Loved it

When we came in we wasn’t greeted at the door we was just told to follow the lady so she could take us to our table. We sat and waited 40 mins just to get our order taken and the manger I’m assuming came over and said she forgot to put us with a waitress so then we waited 10 more minutes for a young girl to come over and had an attitude with us and kept asking us are we sure we wanted our food how we wanted it and more. My table ordered water and one sprite and some how we got our food before our drinks… not to mention when we received our food we didn’t have no corn or sausage that we ordered…. When we told the young girl she said she was tired of yelling at the cooks about our food and we asked about our rice that we had ordered she then replied with “like I said it will be out in a minute” with a disrespectful attitude…. We didn’t get our drinks till 15 minutes after we received our food…. I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT PAYING CUSTOMERS….

This place was amazing. I celebrated my daughter on the 23rd birthday for the first time today and that was delicious. we had a waitress jasmine so friendly and so energetic and have fun with our party with us that my art waitress. the whole personal was funny and helped us to draw a great surprise for my daughter when she entered with nice music. they all danced and laughed with us. This restaurant has a fantastic staff.

Great food and atmosphere! our food was fresh and the music made it even better. Woman dee was very helpful and professional when my friend eating a product was missing and therefore I guess five stars.
