Domino's Pizza - Jacksonville

Order pizza at 12:20 called to order and delivery time at 1:20 they said pizza would not arrive until 2:30 estimated time. I've ever spoken to a job because I wanted to cancel it. I'm sorry, but if I order lunch from anywhere I don't have to wait over 2 hours

First I paid $40 for 3 pizzas I was told that I will be 7.99, but not only that I described on the order a white dodge challenger, I waited outside for 30 minutes when I decided to enter. remember, I was the only car in there 5 parking space. so it couldn't have been any confusion that I was apparently) because I asked how no one came out of my mind, she said good because they didn't check in, I apologized, I didn't know clearly, but I still feel that it was unfair, just let me sit here on her phone. the pizza is cold. but okay, will not return, the bordstein is false advertising, that is not how the bordstein works in real life.???????

Best customer service from a dominoes ever. get us free sauce as they were from serviettes. pizza was surprisingly tasty, quite sure that she seasoned the crust extra and would definitely recommend this location.

Avoid ordering from this restaurant at all costs. We placed our order two hours ago and after waiting for 30 minutes for preparation, and an additional hour for delivery, we still have not received our order. Despite trying to contact them, they are not answering their phones and providing no solution. This is not the first time we have had issues with this restaurant, as we have experienced mistakes in our order, extremely long delivery times, and poor customer service in the past. This is by far the worst dining experience we have ever had. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again and if possible, would give them a negative rating.

I placed a delivery order at like 11am for an event I was having. Instead of taking that into account, this store opted to take more orders than they had drivers. I started calling the store about my 730 delivery at 740, all the way up to 820 when it finally arrived no one ever answered the phone. At that point, the event was over and everyone had left, so I refused the delivery. I am owed a refund of nearly $80. I continued to try and call the store (no answer) and was told by the delivery driver that the manager would call me also did not happen. I just want my refund!! No one seems to answer the phones at this store.
