Firehouse Subs Oakleaf - Jacksonville

I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff was. It's refreshing to experience the same level of service in two different locations. The food was delicious, and I appreciated that the bread, although toasted, remained soft and came with plenty of toppings. My partner and I really enjoyed our visit. Should we choose this location or the one in Orange Park?

I absolutely love Firehouse Subs and have always had great experiences with their food and service. However, today I ordered a side salad and was disappointed to find that it was the worst salad I've ever had from a restaurant. As you can see, the salad was slimy and brown, almost like it had been frozen at some point. I really dislike complaining, but for $5, I expected it to be fresher and of better quality. That said, our subs were fantastic as always.

We really enjoy Firehouse Subs, but we've never been addicted to it until recently. Yesterday, we placed an order right before closing because it had been a long week, and we wanted to quickly feed the kids. Unfortunately, our subs were unexpectedly sweet and not edible at all. We ended up having to search for something else for the kids to eat. We always order the same subs, so I don't know why they were so sugary this time. I was really disappointed that I spent $20 on something that turned out to be inedible.

Decided a sub for Sunday dinner was not for cooking and I had the chicken bacon Ranch sub on white bread. It was deliciously fresh and hot. I usually get steak and cheese, but I wanted to try something new and made the right decision. This story is always so clean and they always make you right.

We simply love Firehouse subs. The place to go when you want an awesome sandwich. Two large sandwich meals....over $30.00 and the pickles have become slithers so both of these things cost the a star.
