Gogi's Restaurant - Jacksonville

Nestled at the foot of the beautiful Britt Gardens in Historic Jacksonville Oregon, Gogi’s Restaurant is a must for good food all year round. Possibly the best restaurant in So. OR. Brothers own and operate this classy restaurant with warmth, welcome and excellent food. Plating is lovely and brother Joe attends to the guests with grace and good suggestions. My Seattle visitors, ready to be critical, toasted my choice of dining establishments with the words, One of the best meals I have eaten in years. and Better than Chez Panis.

Dining area is one room open with a few booths along one wall. This is the best price-to-quality place in J-ville. Presentation might not be the best, but the food always is. Service is always decent. Prices are $17-30 for entrees, and well worth every cent. My wine geek friends always bring their own bottle here. Parking can be difficult during Britt Festival some weekends. I have been here 20 or more times with varied groups over the last few years and always happy.

From the moment we walked in the door the service was excellent. Our waitress was fantastic!! She told us about all the specials and made recommendations. Food was excellent, we had the Salmon Carbonera for dinner and moose slices for appetizer. Everything about this place is fantastic!!!

First time trying this place and I was nervous at first when I got smaller portions for the starters and the meals. Don’t be!! They’re just enough! I even took some leftovers home. I ordered the carbonara fettuccine salmon and we also got an extra starter snack and small dessert for free. The service was great, I tried moose for the first time, and never once had to call a server over for anything. Loved this restaurant!

The food was amazing, Matt our server was awesome, and I loved the atmosphere.
