Ihop - Jacksonville

I attempted to dine here on August 17, 2023. I waited for five minutes without being acknowledged, and a nearby customer who had already been seated had to get up and ask for someone to take her order. After that experience, I decided to leave in search of a restaurant that valued my business and ended up at Orange.

The waitress Corrine was a very nice young lady. She served us Hot Food was very nice, helpful, courteous, funny, pleasant professional. She made sure that we had our to go order ready as soon as we paid for the check. This was a very nice dining experience. Thank You Corrine ????????

If I could give it no star's I really would. Horrible experience from start to finish. I left there and went to get something to eat that didn't have a huge chunk of burnt whatever in it

We were starving stopped in after Dr visits. Loved it. The waitress even took pic of us.

Service was bad,food made my wife sick cook had not prepared grits for the morning breakfast overall very bad experience. You only have one kind of hotsauce very poor selection I've eaten at a lot of ihops this was the worst,waitress need more training doesn't know the menu very well.we asked a question about the food I was going to order and her answer was I don't know I came in at 8oclock bad answer you serve breakfast and your cook don't prepare gritsHim or her needs to be looking for a job by now.
