Kickbacks Gastropub - Jacksonville

I come here quite often late in the night because of their incredibly comfortable hours and relatiw great selection. one of the great things about kickbacks is that they have the impossible burger and have a decent selection of vegan items (mushroom tacos, falafel bites, zucchini wraps to name some.) the prices can be somewhat steep for some items. when it is late in the night and they leave the bars on the king street this is a great place to stop by.

I loved this place. it is extended and much bigger now with such a great atmosphere and beer from all over the world! the staff was just mediocre lately. most of the time they do not even know what is in the food, so they are not very helpful. I can only assume that this has more to do with the administration than the employees themselves. they have a small kitchen without food warmer so that they get their food when it is ready.. They don't bring all the accusations together. the beautiful is that their kitchen is open until 3 o'clock!

We had an event in the cellar and don't have a service, so I trusted the waiter when I asked him if there was any in mycoprotia nuggets. again I had no server so I couldn't confirm this....fall in my part. when I came home about 2 hours later, I had the worst cramps and got hives, I had a bad reaction to mycoprotia. and it had protein as binding agent when I gogled my protein, it is a huuuge debate about whether it was safe or not. the people have anaphylactic relations with it. I only rate urgently not getting mycoprotia products from them

I give them points for the test. Finally, not many places in jax jackfruit tacos and are open at 7:30 o'clock! but all 3 items we tried were missing from taste at all (kibbeh, falafel, tacos.) service was good, good beer selection, but regal fleet and juices were very low rental and almost unimaginable. disappoint.

Super cool atmosphere with an upstairs. I took my dad who is a beer conisseur and he tried a few beers he really liked. My My dad is a vegetarian and got the veggie panini. I got the tempeh burger and sweet potato fries. My partner got the vegan beer brats, that had sauerkraut and an ale mustard on it. We all loved our food and would return again to try their other vegan items. We all shared tater tots which are the best! Updated from previous review on Tuesday October 27, 2015
