Los Rancheros - Jacksonville

The restaurant has a lovely ambiance and a welcoming staff. However, the chicken in the enchiladas was quite dry, and I struggled to cut the tamale with a knife. Additionally, there was no mole sauce available. It seemed like other diners were enjoying their meals, though. I dined in for dinner, and the price per person was around $20–30. Overall, I would rate the food a 2, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 5.

The food left much to be desired, earning a disappointing two stars. The service was equally underwhelming, matching the food's rating. However, the atmosphere was slightly better, providing a more pleasant setting with a three-star rating. Overall, while the prices were reasonable, I don't think I would return based on this experience.

The building needs significant repairs, and a thorough cleaning is definitely required. The service was mediocre, and the food was overpriced and quite disappointing. If they were serving chicken, it resembled no chicken we had ever encountered. I wouldn’t return. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
