Mcdonald's - Jacksonville

This McDonald's experience is inconsistent; there are times when everything is great, and then there are moments when you walk in and just know you should turn around and leave.

My iced coffee was made to perfection. The breakfast sandwich was hot and fresh, and the biscuit was wonderfully soft. The customer service was excellent!

The service is excessively slow, and the customer service leaves much to be desired. The atmosphere is chaotic, giving the impression that the staff is stretched thin and in need of additional help to improve the overall service.

This place is not 24 hours. I have been there at 6am and midnight u come in the drive thru no one comes to the speaker and acknowledges you or have the common sense to tell u were closed or anything. They need to just shut this one down.

Absolutely the worst McDonald's in America!!! Remind them of sauces and condiments and if course you don't get them! Ask for napkins and never get any! Total waste of money to eat at this McDonald's! Can't believe these people want $15 an hour and can'teven remember what you asked for 30 seconds later!!!!!!! Obviously horrible owners and management if their employees are sobad!!!! Go elsewhere!!!!
