Mcdonald's - Jacksonville

This restaurant is extremely poorly managed and staffed. It is dirty, with a bathroom that smells like a sewer. They cannot get orders correct and do not use gloves when handling food. I recently ordered a breakfast sandwich and received a burnt muffin that was thrown back into the bag partially wrapped. They also did not include all of my order in the bag. They have been out of orange juice for months, with no effort from the manager to fix the issue. The service and food are both unpleasant. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Orders are frequently incorrect, and food is handled by staff without gloves. During my visit today, I received a burnt breakfast sandwich with a muffin that was charred around the edges. When I brought this to the attention of a staff member, they simply unwrapped the sandwich, threw it back in the bag, and handed it back to me. Additionally, my order was incomplete. The restaurant has been out of orange juice for months, and it seems that the manager has no intention of rectifying the situation. The service and food quality are both appalling. I will never dine here again.

The restaurant has a 70% error rate with orders and frequently serves cold fries. This can ruin your entire meal. Vegetarian options include salads and fruit. Dietary restrictions are accommodated by omitting salt upon request. The restaurant is not very kid-friendly, as children are allowed to climb on screens, make messes, and run around. However, wheelchair accessibility is available with wheelchair accessible sidewalks and doors.

Took forever to get my mobile order it never takes this long at any other

I came here 2 different times once at 6:00 a.m. and today at 5:30 a.m. they are supposed to be open from 5a.m. to closing and they have not served me the last two times I e came there. No one was in or around the building.. I waited at least 15 minutes both times because I drive 20 minutes away each time I go there and still no response and I've called it in and no one has taken care of this continuous problem and it's said how run down places are anymore. ... They all just pick and choose when they want to be open?! It's not right .. aggravating if you ask me ..I worked fast food before and I understand their point and ours but if you don't like your job that much to where you can't show up when needed on schedule then just quit your damn job.
