Mcdonald's - Jacksonville

This is one of the better mcdonald’s in the city, although I had no major problems with one of the mcdonald’s in jacksonville. the interieur looks much more beautiful at this place than at the other places. the personal was always friendly, and are in the regular with the orders. the two paintings that they forget a product, they fixed the problem fast and without annoying at all. both of them were in the early afternoon, and it was very busy. even the people in the late night car thru are nice. I really like the lobby to stay open until 23:00. regardless of which time or how busy it is, they were always quite fast to get the commands out. that and a few of the other mcdonald’s are probably the only place in jacksonville that can really be regarded as fast eating. parking is not a problem here. it is a good size around the building, and if it was full of some ground there, it is connected to the lowe’s food parking directly behind the mcdonald’s. eating tastes like typical mcdonalds eating. they also use doordash if they want delivery.

Actually, I was two of these special mcdonald’s because of the reviews and I must say this place is great. the employees have humor, respectful, fast and I still had no bad order. food quality, is good. I see every job inspect every time. not complaining. fries are always fresh. great jobs for employees and employees. semper fi. marine corp chief.

I have never had an issue like this before and I don't typically write reviews, but this is the second time it has happened. I ordered a cheeseburger with extra pickles and requested it be well done with extra salt. However, my sandwich only had one pickle and barely any ketchup, and my fries were served cold.

This restaurant has very poor quality. The wait times are long and it is very uncomfortable. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

This place is like the new McDonald's for me, especially when I'm on a late-night shift. I expect fast service from McDonald's since they are known for that, but waiting 30 minutes for my order when I'm the only one in line is unacceptable. It would make more sense if they were doing night shifts, but the workers are just sitting around talking and not taking orders or preparing food until they feel like it.
