Contribuisci feedbackI am disappointed by my recent 3-star experience at this restaurant. I usually love it here, but the poor service during my pickup order was unacceptable. My friend had to call to complain.
This Moes location can be inconsistent during lunchtime. If it's busy, it can take a long time to get your food. I've learned from past experiences to be cautious during peak hours.
There was no one wearing a mask when we walked into the restaurant, not even the two employees working there. This made us feel very uncomfortable, so we decided to leave. It was surprising that they didn't have any masks available at the establishment.
I typically avoid eating at chains in favor of supporting independent restaurants, but I was pleasantly surprised by my meal at Moe's. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the staff even threw in free guacamole for my wife. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained at all three locations. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience!
Wonderful experience. It had been over a year since my last visit to this specific Moe's location, but I happened to be in the area running errands and decided to stop in for a to-go order. I had a complimentary birthday burrito that I wanted to enjoy as a salad, and the staff happily fulfilled my request. The employees were professional, courteous, and adhered to safety protocols by wearing masks and gloves. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained.
