Noom Thai Bistro - Jacksonville

The food and service at this restaurant are fantastic. The staff is attentive and friendly. I really appreciate being able to choose my spice level. I don't usually like spicy food, but they made my Pad Thai mild and brought the hot stuff on the side. I will definitely return.

First time trying Thai and it was delicious!! Everything was fresh and hot, the Thai sweet tea was phenomenal and I’m not a big fan of milk tea but no complaints here. Thank you for your service

This was my first time at Noom after hearing reading all the wonderful reviews. First and foremost, the customer service is unmatched. I was ready to write my review as soon I got off the phone from placing my lunch order. I ordered Yellow Curry medium with mixed veggies and a Thai iced tea. The lady who took my order was so kind. She made sure to ask if there were any veggies I didn’t like and if I knew where they were located. My order was ready and waiting for me in 10 minutes. She made my tea fresh when I arrived and asked my sweetness preference. She also said she would do light ice so i would have more tea and it wouldn’t be watered down when I arrived back home. (her suggestion! Once I had my tea in hand, she proceeded to walk ahead of me and open the door for me as I had my hands full with my lunch. It truly is the little things in customer service. The food is delicious, the service was fantastic. Highly recommend. Thankyou Noom, what a gem!

The food was incredible. Best Thai food I've ever had. I got the Ginger Stir Fry with Tofu (spice level 4) and it was incredible. If you're vegan, this place is very accommodating and everyone is very knowledgeable. They even informed us they have two separate sauces so everyone can enjoy what they want their own way. 100% coming here again.

I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant recently. We sampled the Crab Rangoon, Magic Tea (which changes the color of your drink from purple to blue!), Pad Thai, and Drunken Noodles. Everything was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. It was nice to learn a bit about Thailand from them! The only drawback was that the portions were slightly on the small side—we just wanted more because it was so tasty!
