On The Fly Sandwiches Stuff

Chef Andrew elevates food truck cuisine to a level I've never encountered at any other food truck. His creations are truly worth more than what he charges (but please don't raise the prices!). His tacos surpass anything you can find at a traditional restaurant. The burritos are expertly crafted—always perfectly moist, never dry or soggy (I’m not sure how he achieves it!). Occasionally, he makes a crème brûlée that will leave you feeling like you're in the clouds! A visit to On the Fly is definitely worth the trip.

The food was fantastic and reasonably priced! We shared a cheesy wet burrito with shrimp and loaded bacon blue chips. The shrimp was cooked to perfection, and the chips were incredible! We enjoyed our meal by the waterfront, and the service was quick and polite. We’ll definitely be back!

I was drawn in by the ride and I'm so glad I decided to stop by! I ordered the El Diablo Sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious! The flavor was fantastic! I highly recommend checking it out!

On a hot day there is NOTHING cooler than to visit Chef Andrew on the fly!!!

Good place to grab a quick bite for lunch. We were at the courthouse in downtown Jacksonville and it was about a block away. Everything is made fresh. Ours were served on flour tortillas. I enjoyed it!
