Panera Bread - Jacksonville

Panera is consistently ok. The menu offers selections for almost everyone. Usually the same preparation, so you know what you're getting.

Walked in to order today. Nothing was right by time I got home. The latte was just regular coffee with cream, my two identical sandwiches were really bland don't know what they did. I didn't finish mine first time we had this bad of an experience at this location.

This Panera is located near Hodges and is a great spot to prop up and work. Having food and drinks available makes it that much better. The staff inside and via drive thru are always pleasant. They have huge tables to work from with plenty of outlets available.

So I placed an order online for delivery which came through doordash. I received the order completely destroyed and covered in dirt from being dropped. My delivery driver said it was due to bad packaging and I should contact customer service. Since i placed the order through panera i called the store location pertaining to the order. The manager Brandon was extremely helpful throughout the whole situation got me another order and contacted doordash to send it out immediately for me. Considering this was a Friday night during busy hours and most service industry is understaffed its great to still get exceptional customer service. Thank you

The food and staff are outstanding. Trey and his team are doing an excellent job. The restaurant is very clean, including the restrooms. I'll definitely be returning!
