Red Lobster Jacksonville City Station Drive

Crab was cooked exactly right so it easily came out of shell! We were seated in bar where I don’t think we hit the best service as wait staff had bar/take out order responsibilities in addition to servicing our table. It took a bit of insistence to get crab served with just a baked potato instead of over a bed of potatoes. I do not like that particular change to the menu.

Everything was good from the food to the service. Short wait for a Saturday. Wait staff was super.

Been there twice. Each time hair was in our food. I don’t understand why they can’t control that. First time we spoke to a manager. Second time we didn’t not to go back.

Thought it strange that there were no exterior lights on it looked like it was closed but there were plenty of cars in the parking lot. Food was ok and waitress was attentive accurate re our food order.

Great and very fun atmosphere because I proposed to my girlfriend that day which was also her birthday.
