Sakura Buffet - Jacksonville

I and hubby wouldn't agree. He loves it, I like it. it is her typical Chinese buffet and it has a lot to offer for those who care about this buffet. I have better, yes, I have had worse. Well, I've never had a bad one, so no. the table-accompanied are wonderful here. please type them well.

Good selection of Asian foods and sushi. Some was bland, however most buffets tend to be underseasoned so that everyone is happy. Some of the dishes were seasoned really well and overall the sushi was good. Service was nice, restaurant was clean, staff was helpful. Overall it’s a pretty incredible lunch for $10.50!

Went for Lunch today. Immediately I noticed my fork was sticky and dirty! I waited on the waitress to ask for another and she never came. I had to walk to the front to get another one. The hibachi grill had no shrimp on it. Just beef and chicken. He overcooked the book so much it tasted like beef Jerky. The food options were normal but none of the food was hot. The food tasted like it all was cooked in the same pot. As we’re sitting there I notice a temp change and it’s hot in the restaurant! I didn’t pay to eat and sweat. I needed a refill and the waitress walked past me for 12 minutes (I counted). I ask for the check and I hand her my card. She comes back and tells me to add a tip to the receipt. She stands over me as if she’s demanding me to tip! The only tip I have for you is to fix your customer service! I grab my things and I have to push past her because she’s forcing me to tip. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable. I’ve never experienced such a thing. I will never go back there for the greasy lunch again. If you want to get heartburn and be harassed try it out.

Food was good and establishment was clean. Selection was mostly fried dishes and with the exception of the salad bar the only sides were rice and fries. No vegetables. First Asian buffet ice been to that didn't even have green beans

Loved it! Will be back every week! Fresh food. Clean buffet. Hibachi was great per hubby. Didn't see shrimp at grill tho. I was stupid happy with the choices on the buffet. Brought take-out to a family member...who raved about it. See you soon!
