Seven Bridges Grille Brewery

I visited this restaurant for the first time, and my experience was just okay. The food was tasty, but it didn’t have the exceptional quality I usually look for when eating out. In particular, the jambalaya was a bit disappointing; it didn’t have the heartiness I expected. While it did have a nice kick of spice, it lacked the comforting satisfaction that’s typical of the dish. On the bright side, the drinks were enjoyable, and the lively atmosphere with live music was definitely a highlight. Just be prepared for the music to be quite loud, which might enhance the vibe for some but could make conversation a bit difficult. They also had a pool table and other fun games, which created a great environment for casual drinks and relaxation. Overall, it’s not a bad place, but there’s definitely room for improvement in certain areas of the dining experience.

During my two visits to Seven Bridges, I found the food to be delicious, the prices reasonable, and the service warm and friendly. It's not overly upscale; rather, it's a lovely spot for a casual dinner. The artichoke and crab dip appetizer was fantastic, and our server, Casey, was delightful. Food rating: 4/5.

Unfortunately, my meal was quite disappointing. My dining companions had ordered pizza and shrimp and grits, while I opted for the lemon salmon with garlic mashed potatoes instead of the rice and green beans. The food came out lukewarm, and the mashed potatoes had an unappetizing skin on top. The salmon was overcooked and dry, and the green beans were over-sautéed, to the point where many of them were hollow inside. Given this experience, I wouldn't consider returning. Salmon, mashed potatoes, and green beans are basic dishes that should be easy to prepare well, but they missed the mark completely. I ended up taking most of my meal home. I didn’t want to make my dining partners uncomfortable, but I would have appreciated a redo on my meal. It should have been returned, and a properly prepared dish should have been made and served instead. On a positive note, the service was very good, so there were no issues on that front.

My first visit to #SevenBridges and I have to say that the atmosphere was awesome. The waiter Brian, very knowledgeable. I ordered off the specialty menu of crawfish in a red sauce with linguine with a side of fried green tomatoes. Also had the carrot cake and I have to say this is my first time with crawfish and the dish was absolutely awesome. The carrot cake made on the premises absolutely awesome. I also had the privilege of speaking with the general manager Jesus who told me that the specialty dishes are dishes that their chefs come up with. These specialties are on the menu for a short period. My first time here and I have to say in my own opinion this is definitely a recommended stop rather than a high-end steakhouse just down the street. The craft beers are great. Food service is awesome highly recommended, and this is my own review without compensation or enticement. Seven Bridges is highly recommend and a revisit for me.

Wanted to see what all the hype was about so we decided to take our friend there for his birthday. It was a party of three at 2:00pm on a weekday so surly it couldn’t be that busy. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I arrived before my party and sat about 25 minutes before the server even acknowledged me by saying she was busy but will be right back. After another rude encounter Jasmine, another employee, was so kind to tell us they were short staffed. But not too short staffed for the original server to immediately assist another group that was seated in her section. Jasmine was so polite and apologetic. I did bring the situation to Chris, the manager’s attention. Will NEVER eat here or recommend this place again!!!! It took over an hour and a half for our food to arrive. We would have left but Jasmine saved the day. Her service was excellent and couldn’t tell they were short staffed.
