Shut Em Down Authentic Southern

Fantastic down home soul food. I had chicken, greens baked beans. The baked beans are the best, sweet absolutely delicious. Very nice to see the young staff are so attentive to their customers. Great little jewel in this area.

So I went looking for sweet potato pie, and this place popped up. As I'm here with multiple co-worker from different races, they were gamed to try this place. They were not disappointed at all. Allow me to say this. My co-worker ate food chicken and meatloaf, and I forget what my other worker had, lol, but I got my sweet potato pie slice. We hail from Maine, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island, so that's why I'm raving about my pie ppl lol.

It’s hit or miss. Usually when I order the fish, it’s seasoned well, and fresh. The last two times I’ve ordered, you could tell the grease was bad. It left a burnt after taste. The greens weren’t good either. Not sure what changed in the kitchen, but the food is definitely different.

Went here 5 years ago food was amazing and I just went back today still amazing. The fried chicken was heaven. The cornbread still delicious from 5 years ago. The macaroni needs to be more moist it was dry but overall my meal was delicious. I ordered on Uber Eats and my meal was fresh. I was very pleased I will be ordering again soon.

Everything on the menu is good ? the prices are low. So eat there every day ?
