There was only one car at the window, so I just went through the drive-thru two times. The second time, I had six people with me and we wanted to eat and drink before our ride. We waited 15 minutes, and a car in front of us gave up and went to Jimmy John's because they were fast and fresh and right next to the business. We all got some Coolatas. As always, we probably spent around $60 at Sonic.
I went to this restaurant during happy hour and was initially told that only certain items were half off, and milkshakes were not included. I was disappointed and considered leaving, but after I mentioned it, they generously applied the discount to all drinks and even offered me a complimentary appetizer.
Normally when she drove to pick up her order, she expected the food to be hot and fresh. However, this was not the case as the fries were cold and the chicken looked like it had been reheated.
Probably the worst I ever had. I'm both here, I've waited 30 minutes for drinks. I sat at the stall that after pressing the red button 15 minutes before someone even recognized me. really unacceptable, especially when the second visit was a mobile job.
This is the worst experience I have ever had anywhere in my life. First the lady taking the order didn’t know what she was doing and kept trying to rush us. She gave us attitude and then personally delivered our food out to where we were parked. As she delivered the food she asked how we were paying when we already paid and basically called my boyfriend a liar. Then we discovered myMeal was missing and pressed the buzzer for help. They said that everything was in the bag and we stated it wasn’t. The lady who brought our food out could be heard In the background arguing that yes it was in the bag and we were so rude etc. then my bf stated how this was the most terrible service and the other lady was like stop yelling at me. You called us liars, I didn’t even get my food. You wanted us to wait in drive through for god knows how long to prove we didn’t get my damn food. So we left and I went next door to check fil a. Get your act together. This was know where close to customer service. We will never be back.
