I found a dead fly in my drink, and when I asked for a cash refund, they refused. I didn't want the money returned to my app; I wanted cash because I won’t be returning again. Their repayment policy is clearly lacking, especially in a situation like this, and it's completely unacceptable. I will report this to the health department. Food rating: 1/5.

Taylor needs to learn how to avoid overlooking customers; everyone is in a hurry and every minute counts.
