Contribuisci feedbackI've had my fair share of late-night runs, but this 5:30 AM experience was by far the worst. We waited for 20 minutes with four cars in front of us, and then another 15 at the drive-thru window. To top it off, they forgot half of our order, which took an additional 10 minutes to fix. I’ve trimmed down some of my original comments, as they were mostly fueled by frustration at the time. Despite this negative experience, I’ve decided to give them a better rating because @tacobellcares has made an effort to improve the situation, and I'm willing to give them another chance.
Orders are sent correctly for most parts. Eating is usually hot and service in the window is pretty good. Would be great to get straws, napkins, utensils as well as proper food. Or if I have to ask, you don't look like it's the biggest inconvenience in the fast food industry.
Really enjoyed.my visit to the brand new and remodeled Taco Bell! Customer service was great, food was hot and delicious. Best part was I got a free Doritos taco for downloading the Taco Bell app! I also ordered the beefy burrito from the discount menu which was only one dollar! If you are in the mood for some inexpensive Mexican food definitely recommend you stop by! Oh by the way their dining room was open which was welcomed as the Covid 19 pandemic has a lot of restaurants closed, Stop by today!
The food was served at the perfect temperature. However, I found the portion size to be a bit lacking in filling. When I asked for more salt and pepper, I was informed that they don't provide extra. Really?
We visit this restaurant frequently since we live nearby. The food is always fresh and delicious. I also find the staff to be very friendly, efficient, and helpful.
