TGI FRIDAYS - Jacksonville (Regency Park)

Great menu. Lots to choose from. Service was top notch!

The hostess was unable to confirm my reservation, stating that the system was broken and that the restaurant was under new management and she had not been informed. Despite being surrounded by empty tables, she told me there would be a 40-minute wait. Eventually, the manager arrived and seated us, after which our server provided excellent service. On my way out, I approached another staff member to confirm my reservation with OpenTable, which she quickly took care of. The hostess may benefit from further training or may need to be replaced, as it appeared she was eager to leave, but had to stay due to the late arrival of three employees.

Great food, wonderful service and just an overall great place to have a nice and a good time!

We reserved through open table and didn't have to wait.

The service was great. There was not a crowd when we were there so noise was managable
