Ms. Diamond is wonderful! I have a deep appreciation for Ms. Diana, Ms. Dana, Mr. Rick, and Mr. Robert. They have all been incredibly supportive and have helped me with everything I needed to become a better employee.

Good service and process for pickup but the honey baked ham this year was burnt and flavorless. I’ve gotten one a year for 25 years (different locations in Florida) and this was the first year I wasn’t satisfied. It did not taste like it normally does and it was tough and chewy. Hopefully just a bad batch this year.

I literally come here because Diana is SUCH a sweet woman. It is so lovely to find amazing and caring service. She really seems like an employee that actually enjoys her job, which is so hard to find these days. Sandwiches are great, but the service is even better and that’s why my family and I keep coming here. Thank you and I hope you see this review Diana!!!

I hadn't visited Honeybaked Ham in years, but Diamond was incredibly helpful in reminding me of what I loved so much about it as a child! I will definitely be coming back often. Diamond made my visit very enjoyable!
