The Juicy Crab Westside - Jacksonville

We entered this establishment at 8:20 and were told it would be a 30-minute wait for a party of 2 people. We were told we could sit in the waiting area, and we would be seated. We watched a party of 4 come in after us get their buzzer and were then seated before us. This is ridiculous and not a way to handle business. Plus, the hostess has an attitude problem. ? We are literally passing through on our way somewhere. This is the worst customer service I have ever had in a Juicy Crab establishment. ?

The food and service were great. Nice atmosphere, but the music on the digital jukebox was loud enough to make it difficult to hear the other people in my party. They were sitting next to me at my table.Food: 5/5

Food was good as was our server. Only issue was when I asked the bartender for a drink while we were waiting I was told they only serve to people sitting at the bar. They do not allow drinks to be taken to the center waiting area. Ok no problem. As we were leaving I saw the same bar tender serve a young lady 2 drinks that wasn't sitting at the bar but sitting in the center. Guess the same rules do not apply to everyone there. Time to try a new place.

Food and Service was AMAZING, would rate it 5/5! Restrooms are BAD and Dirty!!! Such a shame for it to have a huge drop on restrooms, it needs renovation and proper constant cleaning as it is a seafood restaurant.Food: 5/5

Food came out hot and steamy. Sauce had just the right amount of spice. Everything tasted good.Food: 5/5
