We frequently visit this location, but I felt the need to write a review today because Michael at the register is fantastic! He has a wonderful personality and is a true asset to the store. I hope someone recognizes his hard work and commends him for a job well done.

The staff at this location truly knows how to make a great smoothie. It may sound strange, but if you're a smoothie fan, the blending process is crucial. The team is always friendly, quick, and efficient when taking your order. They even offer a happy hour until 9 AM, where you can enjoy over $2 off the regular menu price for smoothies. I highly recommend this place, even after happy hour is over. Additionally, the rewards points from the app enhance the experience and make it an even better deal.

Selena, the manager, is extremely rude and lacks any customer service skills. I feel threatened every time I visit the store. When I bring this to her manager's attention, they don’t seem concerned at all, likely because her previous manager harassed me as well without any consequences. The current manager even suggested that I reach out to someone who may be the district manager, but she remains unresponsive and unhelpful. Despite everyone claiming to care, no action is taken. It's surprising that she is still in a customer service role, especially as a manager.
