True Food Kitchen Jacksonville

We have dined at true food many times and the food has always been good. We haven't been there in a while so don't know if things have taken a turn for the worse or if it was an isolated incident. The food last night was terrible. I ordered what i usually get the Korean noodle bowl. It's usually noddles in broth with veggies. Last night they brought me a bowl of slimy noodles covered in oil with no vegetables. No broth. It was inedible. My husband had a burger which was unremarkable and the roasted potatoes were cold and hard as a rock. Everyone else's food was just mediocre. Probably won't be going back.

Slow service. Food not very hot. Short staffed. Yea did not get refillled.

Service was excellent, all of our meals were very good. The baked, spaghetti, squash, and pasta. Bolognese should come with a side salad. That was our only issue.

Food was ok but way overpriced. Service was extremely slow. This was a 90 min lunch for a wrap and bowl. Got our food before our cocktails. Not worth it.

The hummus was delicious. Chicken sausage pizza was good. Will definitely go back for the hummus.
