Wendy's - Jacksonville

I would give this restaurant less than 1 star if I could. We often order Wendy's through DoorDash because it is one of the few options available in our area. However, our orders are consistently incorrect. Tonight was particularly disappointing as the frosty was completely melted, the fries were cold and soggy, and my burger was missing. It seems like they need to replace their entire staff. It is clear that they do not pay attention to orders and do not care about getting them right. This will be my last time ordering from Wendy's. If you choose to order from here, consider yourself warned - you will be let down every time.

I have been to this restaurant many times over the past 15 years, and in recent years, it seems to be more common to encounter issues such as wrong orders, confused staff, and missing items. However, there are also times when the experience is perfect with fast, hot, and fresh food, earning a rating of 10/10. Overall, it is best described as a Hit or Miss experience. The location on Western is now our preferred choice.
