Wendy's - Jacksonville

I give no stars customer service is horrible had no ice no frosty and I ordered a $7 dollar sandwich and items were missing off the sandwich the main part of the sandwich. The friend mozzarella cheese. Downright horrible

Never fails they advertise there food is always fresh but that's only true if you are there when the chicken and burgers are just being cooked now I have received fresh cooked fries about 3 times when I ask for them most of the time they take old friesand dip it back in the grease for a few seconds like I won't know the difference ????

Great service, great atmosphere. I know y'all emptied your nearly unsellable French fries in the bottom of my bag. They were delicious (room temperature) Clarification: extra fries, some just barely too cool to sell.

How they mess up fast food is puzzling. Their food is not good at all plus it's never fresh. I stopped eating there.

Pray that they stay humble to the people who keep them working by doing Business with Wendy's. Everyone so nice and make sure you have everything you ordered. Thank to the Employees
