Wendy's - Jacksonville

Slow down! I waited 18 minutes for 4 for 4. The SLOWEST Fast Food Ever

Wendy's is probably one of my favorite fats food chains just because it's about the same speed and price as McDonalds but just tastes so much better and is way cleaner. Highly recommend the 4 for 4. You cant really go wrong with a burger, fries, nuggets and a drink for only 4 smackers.

Drive through wasn't working; so we went in. The counter person was very apologetic, and the same young man that was on the headset making the apologies. A full staff had the area behind the counter handled; but the dining room was a bit trashed. We cleaned off our own table, using our paper bags and sandwich wrappers to protect our food. A female customer rudely spilled her whole cup and didn't tell the counter person she'd done it. My friend and I moved the wet floor signs into the area. They did come out and clean it up. It was generally comfortable, and extremely busy between 1:30 and 3 in the afternoon. We relaxed, ate, and watched a lot of construction workers enter, order, and leave.

I anticipated that this Wendy's would be like any other—just decent enough to fill your stomach. However, my girlfriend and I had an unexpectedly wonderful experience. Everything was fresh, from the nuggets and fries to the crispy chicken on my sandwich, and even the vegetables were fresh. This is, without a doubt, the best location in Jacksonville. I live on the Northside, but I will definitely make the trip back because the experience was fantastic! Thank you!

I wanted to see if the fries would actually be hot and crispy, and they definitely were! When I arrived, the drive-thru was busy, but the line moved quickly. I decided to go inside instead, and I still received prompt service.
