Wendy's - Jacksonville

Line was long, service was slow, order of child with ZERO personality, asked for a reception was said it was in the next window. Finally, it turned to the next window, waited... saw manager on his CELL PHONE? (if the manager wasn't on his phone, maybe he could run the store better and make sure the employees take care of customers) order me in a bag, I asked after my reception OHHHHH it is back in the FIRST window, where the child told me my receipt was in the NEXT window....? Okay, so get it. Dave would roll around in his grave.

Good food and friendly service. Order was on point and the speed was quite fast! The only reason I know is that the bathroom was a little creepy. They were busy and I understand when the rush comes, but it only takes a few minutes to clean the bathroom. But I go back, as I said, this situation had fast and friendly service and everything tasted great!

Always clean!! Never have to worry about this store. They seem to always do it right. Food is good and fixed correctly. Workers always seem to care about the store and their customers.

Window workers super friendly!! Our food just now, hot, fresh, made with care! Had to shout you guys out!! 11:37a on a Saturday.. Classic Chicken sandwiches were on point! You guys keep doing just like this at this moment!
