Wendy's - Jacksonville

I picked up a mobile order tonight, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service. My order was accurate, the food was delicious, and I hardly had to wait. The staff were friendly and professional. A few weeks ago, I had a different experience at one of the Southside Blvd locations, where I waited over 20 minutes in line with much less attentive service. I hope this level of service continues, and that the hardworking employees who go above and beyond are recognized and rewarded.

Honestly, this is the only place I choose to go to around my neighborhood after 6 PM. The service can be a bit slow, likely because the night shift seems to be short-staffed. Management should consider hiring more staff for the night shift to help reduce the wait times. However, the food is excellent!

I had a quick and fast breakfast service on my way back to South Carolina. My breakfast sandwich almost resembled the one in the advertisement! They also provided me with fresh fries. While I can't comment on the service during other times of the day, my experience was fantastic!

Friendly and prompt service. We used the drive-thru due to traveling. Our order was cooked as requested and accurate. Overall the friendly service and accuracy of our order made for a pleasant experience.

The wait time was quite long when we arrived. However, the spicy chicken sandwich was fantastic! The Coke machine was also out of order.
