Wing Zone - Jacksonville

We have ordered from this location multiple times in the past. The chicken wings are good, but the cost is a bit high for the portion size. However, our experience tonight was unacceptable and we will not be ordering from here again. We placed an online delivery order at 5:26 pm and received confirmation, with our card being charged. However, at 7:20 pm, 2 hours later, we received a call informing us that our order was cancelled due to a lack of delivery drivers. Two hours later! We are extremely dissatisfied with this service and will not be returning.

The only difficulty is choosing between the liquid gold or sweet samurai options on the menu.

The food arrived quickly, but the order was completely incorrect.

Be carful eating here I got let go because I wouldn’t and couldn’t come to work because I had Covid

This place is way too expensive for wings that are overcooked and dry, and sauces that are totally generic. You could mix up some things toghter, at home, and come up with a sauce that is a million times better.There is nothing, at all, special about this place.
