Covid closed. Conversion. Previously a good spa / motel and restaurant. They'll tell us it'll be great soon. Very close to the wall.

If you are looking for the good stuff in comfort food, this is worth the visit! I stopped and had her meat pot, which was special for the day and got the potato salad and the bean for my sides! Loved the potato salad with the extra-del and the beans and meat pigeon 't also not disappointed! It is worth a trip from the beaten path for the house boiled kindness!

To be a small town café, the food and service was very unexpected. I had the sausage and pork ribs that were good. The rib was dry, but the sauce was Yass! They ran out of burgers, but they were fast to make sure you get what you needed. Customer service was at the top. Great place to stop and eat when you are in the area

Some years later, I realized that I accidentally gave them 4 stars instead of 5. I'm sorry. Best customer service in Southern California.

I felt like I traveled down south when I walked into this restaurant. Very nice place in the middle of nowhere, at least it felt like that. This place was recommended to us by the Alien mechanic LOL! The fish and chips was excellent! I believe they're locally caught from Lake Morena. It's a family owned business and his boys were there in a little area watching TV. It was how it was done back then!! And kudos to the chef for running a business and talking care of the family at the same time! I really loved seeing that. If you're in the area, please try him out!
