City Highways dhaba culture mix wali feeling... dhaba sitting n tasty food ............................ dhaba dal ,laccha paratha, kadhai paneer..just wow..higjlg recommended from.my side

Yesterday night I went to Shankar dhaba garden for dinner....Ambience was quite good..... There was no rush at 8. PMAfterwards people were coming..We ordered butter paneer masala, Malai kofta vegitable rayta, tandoori roti...It felt like the greavy was same of both the vegitables...Tandoori roti was unkooked...rayta was tasty...Price was also high..This place is ok ok...

Good Dhaba food experience... ps dont expect fine dining experience here, just good food.<br/ <br/ Items to be ordered: Malai kofta, dal lehsun ki chatni, butter nan (can't find it more crisper , laacha pyaj, green chillies (they serve free but u need to ask.. it's fried and taste good . Aloo chat as snack.<br/ <br/ Prefer to drink bottled water only... Masala paapd is also a popular choice but I personally find it to be too salty.

Dhabe ka khana dhabe pe. <br/ Though everything is available in cafes now a days,from dal makhani to daal bati and because of that it becomes real difficult to step into an actual dhaba.<br/ <br/ But there is nothing like the whole experience. Chilli night and sitting outside with people you love over a huge table and comfy chairs. Smell of tandoor and piping out food served on other tables increases your appetite.<br/ <br/ Pick from the menu-<br/ • Aloo chat <br/ • Malai kofta<br/ • Daal tadka<br/ • Garlic Chutney <br/ • Tandoori Roti<br/ Complimentary- Roasted green chilli <br/ <br/ Tasting- <br/ <br/ •Aloo chat- Tangy from generous dried mango powder. Wrapped in foil paper and sealed by toothpick,the quantity was great and the flavours were just right.<br/ <br/ Main course- <br/ Malai kofta- Medium on spice and its just your regular malai kofta nothing extra ordinary but definitely the amount of ghee that is put in all the dishes is so generous that it literally freezes in cold.<br/ <br/ Daal tadka- Extra spicy as we demanded double masala to kill the chill. Amazing taste because being desi(Indian) we all can expect that consistent flavour that is served for years in dhabas across highways.<br/ <br/ Garlic chutney- Never can you ever miss this when you visit a dhaba. No matter which season,time or place you are from. Major garlic cravings satisfied.<br/ <br/ Extra points for fast service. <br/

Always the best place to eat. We have tried almost everything there and everything is just so good that you will on visiting there. Try paneer lababdaar and daal tadka.
