Burger King - Jamaica

My hair was built to perfection. it's nice to see how fast eating is done right. it's a past since my last visit, but it seems more cumbersome with the renovations. there are two levels that have a playground for children. customer area and employees are kept clean. they live the experience. I'm looking forward to the return.

I just came in for a Uber pickup. the time was at 10:15 o'clock. this place was already publicly closed. When I came in, I talked to the man in the front, they just let me say that. michael is an incredible man. he was so nice to me and very honest with everything. he helped me, my uber pickup and made sure it was made perfection, including drinks, sauces and eating yourself. michael was in the middle of the cleaning when I came in, he fell down to what he helped me. he had no bad attitude at all, which honestly said if I had been a little disturbed on the other side of the counter. michael wasn't. such a great person and had absolutely perfect customer service. I made more than 100 deliveries and nobody was as nice and real as michael was. thanks to 5 stars perfect!

Got called for an interview by a manager name Devin and 15 minutes before my interview as I’m 3 blocks away, Devin informs me his application machine is not working and that I should just go back home. I then asked when I would be interviewed if not today. Devin said we will call you, meanwhile he’s been calling me from his cell phone instead of using the business phone in the Burger King establishment. 1 week later I receive another call from Devin and his cell phone asking if I may come in for an interview. I told him yes but would appreciate it if I’m not stood up and have to inconveniently turn back. As I arrived Devin is no where to be found, 3 homeless individuals are sleeping on the benches and 2 female employees including a “manager” name Vinger do not know where Devin has gone. After 5 phone calls that went directly to voicemail Devin walks through the door. I asked him if he was Devin he said yes and asks for my resume and doesn’t interview me. Just takes my resume and says someone will call you in a week. UNPROFESSIONAL and UNSANITARY.

The one who took my order was very rude I asked for assistance and he said we can’t do that. I asked for sideline for an offer he gave me small fries and drinks I didn’t pay yet I asked for change he said i have already filled the drinks. I will never visit this place Again. The food here was cold and average quality.

Clean the first time they got the order wrong ?but they made up for it ?I have no problem going there again???
