I ordered the flying saucer with sprikl and they sent the plain , thisbisbhw swxondtime they did the same exact thing.and the chipster 6 pack did not come with the chocolate chips around the outside of the flying saucer

Always perfect when it comes to customizing the cake!

I was disappointed that they didn't have the grapefruit sorbet I wanted, or any other flavors aside from lemon. However, the lemon sorbet was quite nice, and the person I spoke to to make adjustments at this location was very polite. I ended up accepting the substitute, and I have to say, the lemon sorbet turned out to be pretty good!

They never have any brownie bits, and they always make substitutions without discussing it first! They should just remove it from the menu. After months, I decided to give them another chance, but it was still disappointing!
