The degree at which the manager Bryndon took care of his performance was inspiring. He had an excellent attitude, was quickly able to answer questions, and still worked to keep the place neat and clean, even if a conversation with an employee. I appreciate the hard work he and the other employees work efficiently and effectively.
His 10.00 am I am in Dunkin Donuts at JFK Terminal 7 I asked for a latte and checked my gift card. They told me they're almost close, so they don't have hot coffee and they can't check my gift card because I have to pay online in cash. I talked to the manager Bryndon and his behavior was really rude that he made fun of my Spanish accent. I wonder if a manager should talk to him. I love Dunkin? Donuts is one of my favorite places to have a coffee, but with this kind of staff..........
This is about Dunkin Donuts closest to the gates 12 and 11 of Terminal 7 in JFK. These are the worst Dunkin donuts ever. I asked the checkout for a fork and he started yelling at me.
It's 9 PM on a Friday, and I was disappointed to find out that they don't have any sandwiches, lattes, cappuccinos, or any espresso drinks at all. They offered only two types of donuts. Wow! Is there even a manager at this place?
