Additionally, the interior of the restaurant was dirty, as if it had been open all night. To make matters worse, there was an unsettling individual hanging around, which created a scary moment for my son. I had to reassure him that he was safe with me. The wait time was also unreasonable, especially given the limited menu. We really need to take pride in serving others. I apologize for not taking any photos; I was just too upset.

This is not my favorite spot. The main reason for my low rating is the environment. There's a problem with loitering here. I've walked away from this place several times because of a specific man who hangs around with his pants sagging, exposing himself and asking for money. The staff knows him well and often have to call him by name to get him out of the way while customers are ordering. He has a strong odor, reveals himself to everyone, and repeatedly asks for money. Whenever he is not there, the service has been decent. Unfortunately, this is the only Dunkin' Donuts on the way for those taking the Q5 bus. If you just want a quick drink and a donut, it's possible to pop in and out. However, if you want to avoid dealing with an aggressive loiterer on your way to work or school and can wait for your caffeine fix, I suggest going elsewhere. I won't return until the issue with the man and his shopping cart at the entrance is resolved. Takeout or delivery is the best option if you have the time. Also, note that there’s no seating available at this location.

SLOW, SLOW, SLOW! There were only a handful of customers, yet the staff was incredibly uncoordinated. With just one or two people at a time, everyone kept leaving the order area and bumping into each other while trying to prepare small orders. I ended up waiting a long time for someone to take my order!

Quick service but when you speak to someone you expect a response as far as an order is concerned. No acknowledgement but got the job done. Weird.

I visited Dunkin Donuts today, and I was there yesterday too. I just can't get enough of their large caramel ice cream coffee with half-and-half!
