The mediterranean joint in here is flames. the server (mohammad i think) hooked it up for your boy when i told him i was starving. i almost never buy airport food because it's so expensive, but this was actually not a bad deal. got the kebab chicken platter with pita chips for $15 and it was surprisingly poppin. the dude was super patient and didn't mind me hassling him when i got picky with the order. will def grub here again when stuck in the airport
Insanely overpriced. My GF bought a pre-packaged turkey sandwich and it was $14.45, the 500ml water bottle was 5.59 and chips were 3.59.I got a sandwich from the sandwich truck and it was just ok.The palm, a steakhouse, is next door and you’ll likely pay 5-10 dollars more for an actual meal.Just because we are in an airport doesn’t mean we should be taken advantage of.
We just had the best experience at 5 Boroughs food mall, terminal 4. Amerool welcomed us with a big smile, pleasant attitude, and then was grateful for our patronage. The sandwiches she prepared were really good, too. I’ll come back here next time we fly out if there’s a chance we’ll run into Amerool. She’s the best!
Absolutely terrible. The WORST food I've ever had. I'm not even exaggerating. I'm English, I know bad food. I didn't think you could actually make pork that dry. If anything, it was impressive, especially because it was in a sauce. My brocolli was 50 shades of brown with a hint of green, which is only what I can imagine is going to fall out of my poop chute in serval hours, only in liquid form. Hopefully, the tiny pellets of rice will form together and at least drag some of the $20, yes, $20, food out of me.Thankfully, the service was spectacular and out of this world. Really next level. The lady behind the counter acknowledged me at least twice and was kind enough not to sneeze directly onto my food. She was even polite enough to mutter quietly, under her breath, when I asked her if I could have a luke warm, ball of glue that was on the menu as a steamed dumpling.Looking at the other reviews, I am honestly amazed that this place is still open. It truly is one of the main attractions of NY
