Natalie's Pizza - Jamaica

Excellent pizza, far superior to Domino's and Papa John's. Food: 5/5

I placed an order through the Slice app at 7:56 and was told it would be delivered by 8:41 at the latest. By 9:26, I still hadn't received my pizza, and the restaurant was closed. I live just 5 minutes away, and I will not be ordering from here again. I'm also going to request a full refund.

This was my first time ordering pizza from this place, and I have to say, it's definitely the best pizza in the neighborhood. It was baked to perfection and arrived piping hot. Plus, it was delivered in under 25 minutes!

Food was cold. Guy on the phone was super rude towards me. It was all so upsetting. Ambiance was disgusting

The pizza is good but they’ve upped their prices to Manhattan levels. Why would I pay Manhattan prices living in Jamaica hills?
