I didn’t actually dine at this location, but I used to enjoy Qdoba regularly. When I saw the portion sizes they were serving, I opted to head to Chipotle, which is 20 minutes away instead. The food did look appealing, but the bowls seemed quite small. I probably would have left feeling hungry.
The food is great, but the service leaves much to be desired. If they run out of burrito bowl shells by noon, they won't make any more for the day. Additionally, it took over 30 minutes for them to bring out a salad, even though there were no other customers. Very disappointing!
When I reached the register, I made sure to voice my concerns. I felt it was important to stand up for him because no one deserves to be treated like that. You could see that he was intimidated and reluctant to speak up for himself, so I decided to do it for him. The owner should be acting as a mentor to his staff, teaching them the right way to do things instead of humiliating them. Overall, my experience here was really disappointing, and I won't be returning. I sincerely hope that the employees find a new owner who will treat them with the respect they deserve.
They messed up my order and almost gave me someone else's by mistake. I double checked my order before I left. Not sure why it was messed up because they very good at making mobile orders properly.
