Contribuisci feedbackI experienced an internet outage in my area and needed Wi-Fi to work from home. When I couldn't connect, this restaurant was the first place that came to mind. The staff were friendly and very accommodating.
I had the worst service I've ever experienced! I wish I could give zero stars. The Indian man who works there, whether he's the manager or thinks he is, was incredibly rude and unprofessional, displaying no sense of customer service at all. I will never return. I really should have read the reviews before going. I can't believe this place is still in business. They need to give this man some training in customer service! Also, make sure to calculate the change correctly. It felt like he was taking advantage of me!
The restaurant is spotlessly clean, and the staff is extremely friendly! They consistently make my drinks just right. If you’re a fan of Dunkin Refreshers, this place makes them exceptionally well, striking the perfect balance between green tea and syrup!
We arrived at 9 PM, and the bright lights outside suggested that the restaurant was open. The hours posted on the door indicated they were open until 10 PM, with the drive-thru operating until 11 PM. However, when we stepped inside, the staff told us they were closed and in the process of cleaning up. To make matters worse, the employee's attitude was extremely rude. We certainly will not be coming back.
As a small business owner, I believe in supporting fellow small enterprises. However, I can't extend that support to this establishment. It seems they haven't taken their negative reviews or customer feedback to heart, as the same issues persist year after year. Orders are frequently incorrect, the donuts are often stale, and there's a lack of variety. Additionally, communication barriers seem to be a constant problem. Do yourself a favor and choose a different Dunkin' Donuts location.
