The food met my expectations, but it was frustrating that they forgot items from my order on multiple occasions.

I ordered two chocolate glazed donuts, but I received two chocolate frosted ones instead.

I didn’t receive what I ordered, but it was delicious nonetheless!

The restaurant is impeccably clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly! They always prepare my drinks perfectly. If you enjoy Dunkin Refreshers, this place makes them the best, with the perfect balance of green tea and syrup!

I really dislike having to say this, but it would be beneficial if the staff had a better understanding of orders in English. For the second time after my return, she was about to get my order wrong again. I didn’t request a thin multigrain bagel; I wanted a regular multigrain one. When I came back, I specifically asked for a plain bagel instead of one with equal fillings, as I hadn’t realized there were sesame seeds in the multigrain. Then, I saw them tossing a sesame bagel, even after we had confirmed the plain bagel twice. It was so frustrating!
