The Coffee Cup - Jamestown

What an amazing place! I stumbled upon this restaurant while driving cross country, and it instantly felt like having a meal at my best friend's home. The owner sisters, Lauren and Leslie, whip up creative and delicious specials every day!

The restaurant has a lovely hometown atmosphere and is very clean. The food is excellent, and the waitstaff are friendly and attentive. I have small children, and they were very patient and kind with us.

Hometown Diner offers delicious comfort food, with special attention given to the children's orders (who were quite hungry!). The adult meals arrived shortly after, and the staff easily managed our group of nine. The specialty drinks are fantastic, and there are breakfast options to suit nearly every preference. Parking is convenient, the atmosphere is friendly, and prices are reasonable. For parking, there are street spots available in front as well as a free lot on the side. The staff is very kid-friendly, taking the time to engage with the children to ensure they got what they wanted. Overall, a wonderful experience with great people!

Sat and waited while three waitress where at counter, one actually working all made eye contact. No one brought us menus. Other people came in after us were given menu’s, waitresses chatting with each other still no menus for us. When we got up and started walking out one of the waitresses said “I’m coming” too late my money went elsewhere.

Visiting the area for just a day to visit the National forest, stopped here the morning after to get some breakfast and it turned out amazing. The food was delicious, the staff was kind and very friendly, and the food came out quickly. I highly recommend!
