Taco Bell - Jamestown

I only received part of my order, and the food appeared to be hastily put together and messy. Having worked in the food industry myself, I understand that these things can happen, but it's becoming more common than it should be. The day shift is excellent, and the night shift is usually fine if certain staff are on duty. I just wish they would take the time to double-check orders.

When you go in at night make sure you talk loud one of the guys are half deaf and screwed up our order. The other guy had to fix it. Other than that the place is clean and we got our food.

If Sally is working, this place couldn't be better. But you can definitely notice the difference when she's not around. It's a 5-star experience when she's there, and just 1 star when she isn’t.

HORRIBLE service! Doesn 't deserve even 1 star. Went in on Sunday afternoon ordered on the kiosk takeout. Waited waited waited for our food, along with several other people. Went to counter to ask about our food (not in a rude way at all) the pregnant girl said with a terribly rude attitude it 'll be out when it comes out ... The other girl told another customer that drive thru takes precedence. Um, no, work out a system to alternate between the 2... If not, hire more people who are actually polite, or shut the place down!A coupon for a free basic taco was thrown in the bag with no apology at all.

Jamestown Taco Bell is the only Taco Bell I've been to that consistently gets my order correct. Every. Time. Always hot and fresh. Super friendly.
