Contribuisci feedbackMy food was cold, and half thrown together. I love Tim Hortons, worked for years at one in PA, and never ever would the food my husband and I got be alright. The wrap was freezing, it wasn’t hardly pressed, and the customer service through the drive thru, was awful. We were wording and she ignored our questions, and rushed.

Inside is clean and visually appealing but be prepared for a long wait if the drive-thru is loaded.In fact, if you're coming to this location you should bring a vehicle for quick service.
Cashier was awesome but the person in the back preparing food had an awful attitude making the atmosphere very unwelcoming. I order few things and everything was unavailable because they didn't have the ingredients for the meal. Completely disappointing!!
I waited behind 1 vehicle for over 16 minutes in the drive thru! I only ordered 2 cups of coffee and was on a serious time limit. Of course when I get to the window I’m frustrated. Instead of getting an apology I got excuses that she was training 3 ppl and that I ONLY waited for 4 minutes (since I ordered)… WELL EVEN 4 minutes is way too long when you expect a certain type of customer service which was not present. She even acted as if she was going to hold my coffee that I waited extremely long and not serve it to me! Absolutely disgusting customer service!! You’re there to do a job not justify why the job is not getting done properly! It’s slow every single time I stop there. It’s a drive through ppl!! Fast service is expected!!Not even an apology!!!! And she was the one training… so the future for Falconer Hortons is looking grim and I won’t waste my time going back to support horrible work ethic!!
