This restaurant is on the main road through Jamundi, on the right as you head north toward Cali from the central roundabout. It was recommended by local friends and confirmed by our guide as a typical Colombian diner - and obviously a popular one. We had the classic "people's plate": the Bandeja Paisa, a rib-sticking lunch of rice, beans, ground beef, fried pork belly, arepa, plantain, avocado and fried egg, all washed down with exotic fruit juice. You won't leave hungry! All fresh, delicious and inexpensive. And served with a smile.
