Worst stay...its not a safe place to live...epsecially with women and children go at ur own risk. after reading the Google reviews and their sham you tube videos i was fooled enough to send my family for vacation with kids... I had given payment of 4 nights...my family took some time to reach...they started saying u need to come fast or else we will lock the place...why dude...when we paid u already... 2nd night- my family returned at 10 pm after visiting nearby places ...the property is locked and care taker RATTAN was absconding...we called him and he is saying can't do anything left for Nepal...Atleast calling for 50 times he finally sent someone to open the door...that too when we said that we will file police complaint... Just IMAGINE UR FAMILY WITH ALL KIDS AND FEMALES STANDING AT 10 PM IN AN UNKNOWN PLACE... NOWHERE TO GO....still it gives me goosebumps to think wat an unsave and worthless situation i put my family into. Next these ppl are shamelessly calling me telling all sorts of nonsense...this happened that happened... We left the place the very next day...no refund issued yet Seeking legal action

Overall a good stay if you are looking for your own time with your family and friends. Pros Independent property The cook is always there to make home style food and help you with other requirements. You can also cook your own food. Good common area and overall cleanliness. Cons The property is on the hills but the views are not that great. Food and stay is pricier. You can get better options and facilities in the same budget. Poor wifi.

Here is my feedback : 1. Property was not maintained compared to the charges we have paid. 2. Not availability of the essentials i.e. tissues, shampoos, toothpaste etc. 3. Towels, beddings etc. were very old and not cleaned enough. 4. Kitchen menu is too costly , it is not really worth it when there is homestay. 4. The care taker was not keeping himself hygienic. 5. Poor quality spices are being used to cook the food. 6. Overall I’ll give one star out of five for my experience.

Amazing Property I loved this property. Comfortable, clean, very classic, peaceful, distant from regular traffic city. We have been served by Niranjan Bhaiya and he cooked good food. Few food items which needs improvement but overall it was good to have home cooked cuisine. Balcony view is very nice and I saw shooting stars for the first time. I will plan again Rooms: 5

5/5 thanks to the caretaker. Ram is a gem of a person took care of everything and the food that he cooks is delicious Cottage was great , nice place to relax and chill. Only feedback for livingstone to keep an inverter so that the light cuts dont impact the guest's Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
