Fazoli's - Janesville

My husband, son, and I visited the restaurant last night (June 15, 2017) for a late supper. It was clear from the start that they were understaffed. The manager, who I believe was named Brad—he was tall, wore glasses, and had short brown hair—did a commendable job of trying to provide good customer service, even in the face of rudeness from one particular customer, especially given the staffing situation. Overall, the food was excellent, the portions were decent, and the breadsticks were delicious. We will definitely be returning!

I’ve always loved Fazoli's since I was a kid, and after not having it for 14 years, I was pleasantly surprised to find it even better than I remembered. It’s amazing how something that holds such fond memories can exceed your expectations as an adult. Great job!

Great food! Best thing about the place is they have Italian drive thru! Easy, fairly quick dinner with baked spaghetti and crispy chicken bacon ranch salad. Easily located off the I90 in Janesville, WI. Awesome food. For the price! Dine in available with cozy spaces. Spacious parking. I’d have given 5 stars; Only catch, They could do with more friendlier employees though. We did take out(Covid reasons) and then I wanted to put the empty food containers in trash can. I had to go in since I couldn’t find any outside. The server at the time didn’t seem to like that. (I understand she being unwelcoming for someone coming in with trash in hands, but) I said the food was wonderful and she didn’t seem to care. Not even a single thank you or a simple acknowledgment of any sort. They could definitely improve! But the food was very satisfying for the price.

We were waited on right away. Got bread sticks while waiting for our food. Gabe was very friendly and was got our order perfect. Food came out very quick. Great food and love the bread stick. Gabe was great. He came to make sure everything was good.
