Fuji Steakhouse - Janesville

Wonderful experience at fuji! The food was amazing the staff was really kind. The cook did a really funny show for us while making our food. Highly recommend this place!

Staff were all friendly and nice. I have to say the roll was impressively and surprisingly good. For Hibachi, it was American Japanese Hibachi. The meat and shrimps were tender and balanced. There was no soul in the fried rice, just rice fry with soy sauce.

We have been to Fuji many times and have always had a good experience. However, on our most recent visit, my girlfriend ordered a vodka lemonade and when it came it was in a very small glass with mostly ice and vodka. We politely asked for it to be remade with more lemonade in it. Our server's English wasn't the best but we thought he understood, however, he returned about 15 seconds later with the same glass and nothing had changed. We ended up sending it back again without remaking it. Not sure where the disconnect was with our server. We were not charged for the drink which was appreciated, but a vodka lemonade seems pretty straightforward. Maybe our server was a new hire or something, but he could improve on communication. Other than that our meal was good and despite being a busy night we didn't wait long for anything. Great atmosphere, clean restaurant, we didn't do the hibachi table but that's always fun. Their chefs are very talented and friendly.

Delicious as always! Don’t remember how many times we have been here(LOTS), at times even by my self. delicious as ALWAYS!

It's not your normal restaurant style service not bad just different than what I'm used to.
